Why did you decide on a Crown franchise?

My son Zach was working at the Crown Stevens store for Beth Good when out of the blue she called Jeannette to see if we would be interested in buying the business. Beth and Jeannette have been friends for over 25 years (in fact Beth was Jeannette’s High School basketball coach) and Beth thought we would be perfect for Crown Trophy. After debating the pros and cons, Jeannette and I decided to go for it and bought Beth out. It has been an educational and exciting experience thus far!

Town you are living in now / Is it close to store?

We live in Denver, PA, only 10 minutes from the store.

Born / Raised

I was born in Pittsburgh, PA (Go Steelers!) but raised in Lancaster, PA. Jeannette was born and raised in Denver, PA.

Accomplishments / Hobbies / Interests /Passions

Accomplishments

Other than being sports fans (Go Phillies & 76ers!), we enjoy being at the beach (Rehoboth Beach, DE) even in the off season, and spending time with our entire extended family.

Alma Mater

Rob graduated from Millersville University (where Zach now attends) and Jeannette’s alma mater is East Stroudsburg University.
